Over the course of a 10-month brand refresh, Schimenti underwent a comprehensive transformation that breathed new life into its identity. Spearheaded by a team committed to modernization, the company saw the implementation of an updated logo and branding standards across various materials. These materials included a sleek, responsive website, meticulously crafted company and client brand books, as well as internal and external communications strategies.
The brand’s identity and messaging were elevated through collaborative efforts with executive leadership and copywriters, resulting in a cohesive and compelling narrative. Furthermore, close collaboration with departments such as Business Development, Sales, and Estimating led to the creation and supervision of tailored qualification packages, RFIs/RFPs, and project proposals aimed at high-end luxury clients.
The company’s online presence received a significant overhaul with the revamping of its WordPress website, featuring new homepage sliders, landing pages, online forms, widgets, plugins, and updated photography. Partnerships with Human Resources revitalized recruitment and onboarding processes, employing engaging approaches to attract potential candidates.
Digital announcements created in tandem with the Information Technology team adorned common areas across all Schimenti offices, reflecting a unified brand presence. Additionally, meticulous oversight of company promotions, campaigns, events, and vendor relationships ensured effective management and coordination. Social media marketing efforts were bolstered by design, photo, and video editing support, contributing to enhanced visibility and engagement.
With support extended across all three office locations, every request was addressed promptly and efficiently, reflecting the commitment to excellence at every level of the organization.
In October 2018, the team received 3 awards from the Construction Marketing Association (CMA) in recognition for our Website, Branding Standard and RFP designs.
