As the leader of a dynamic marketing team, I fostered collaboration and strategic planning, driving exceptional results through creative thinking. My role extended to championing global brand management and corporate identity for our renowned company, where I independently spearheaded the design and implementation of a new logo, website, and branding standards in 2020-2021.
Through effective collaboration with all departments, I enhanced service awareness and brand recognition by crafting impactful customer and client-facing materials, including innovative campaigns across various platforms such as social media, email, and corporate presentations. Additionally, I executed comprehensive website enhancements to optimize user experience and engagement, while also managing all aspects of video production, from filming to editing.
Through a proactive approach to social media platforms and staying informed about algorithms, my team successfully improved our social media status organically. Every year we saw improvements in followers, engagements, and overall page status.
Additionally, I served as the Head of Conference Committee, where my team and I meticulously organized event logistics, ensuring seamless company appearances and conducting thorough ROI assessments.
Throughout my time at FDAQRC, I collaborated closely with Human Resources, executing brand recognition campaigns to enhance internal recruitment efforts. Furthermore, I led the Employee Engagement and Retention program, driving a vibrant company culture through initiatives such as open table conversations, funds for cups and flowers, happy hours, lunch & learns, and more.

Custom Video for an Internal Goodbye!
The process involved meticulous editing, combining video, audio, and music seamlessly using industry-standard software such as Stitch App, After Effects, and Photoshop. This project presented a distinctive challenge, as its initial conception did not anticipate the specific format the final video would take. However, through resourcefulness and adaptability, the content was transformed into a compelling visual narrative.
